Rates per week:
May, June, September, October: 840€
July - August: 1120€
Cleaning (mandatory):
40€ per stay (group up to 3 guests)
60€ per stay (group up to 5 guests)
Minimal stay:
Minimal stay 1 week, except in May and October (minimal stay 5 days).
The house is officially registered as a holiday home (Alojamento Local: 11842/AL Casa das Praias) and meets all local (safety) requirements.
Rates include:
Wifi internet connection (fiber)
Satellite tv + caule tv
Linnen: 1x set per week
Towels: 3 per person/ per week
Tea towels: 3 per week
Water, gas en electricity
Use of cot (when requested)
Use of washing machine
Rates do not include:
Wood for logfire
Beach towels
